You Can Feel Better

You have been trying to work through the tough stuff on your own. Now is the time for some assistance.

Maybe you have been putting off therapy or trying to avoid the things that bother you. You have been successful in your life, so why can’t you figure this out? You’re used to solving your own problems, but your ways are not working anymore. Your anxiety, irritability or negative thoughts are getting in the way. Let’s work through it together. Find your purpose again.

I am here to help you navigate through the difficult times. With 15+ years of experience working with adults and teens with anxiety and trauma, I am confident I can help you. I am an approachable and authentic person who has the right experience and education to guide you to feeling better about yourself.

In sessions with me, we will explore events or thoughts that contribute to your anxiety, shame or frustration. We will identify your goals and the approach that fits you best. During our regular sessions we will process what you are experiencing and challenge the thoughts getting in the way. Through our work together, you will understand yourself better and find meaning.  You can experience peace and self-compassion. You can find a purpose and drive.

I understand that certain transitions in life (such as new relationships, going to college, starting a new job, changing careers, retiring) are not as easy as they seem. Even if the change is desired, it can still create anxiety and doubt. Life transitions can cause past trauma to resurface, or create a loss of purpose, loss of sense of self, anxiety, shame, or anger.  I will help you through all of this so you can regain control in your life.
