I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to determine if this is right for you.
Step 2: Partner with me on a weekly or regular basis, in person or online.
We will first complete an initial evaluation to help identify your concerns and goals. Then, I will help you process what you are experiencing. Together, we will explore ways to get through your difficult experiences and feel relief.
Step 3: Feel better about yourself.
Through our work together, you will let go of the shame and anxiety, find more effective ways to manage negative thoughts and events, and regain confidence. You will feel a sense of meaning and self-compassion again.
